I’m playing a very special duo-set with great Valtteri Pöyhönen on thursday 16th Feb in Club Liberte, Helsinki. It’s going to be a totally improvised set with keyboards, computers, drums and who-knows-what. It’s our first performance ever, so it’s surely going to be a surprise for us too!  The evening will start with a young and enthusiastic trio Virta. Welcome!

I will have a very exciting start for the year 2012, when I’ll join two amazing musicians for a recording session. It’s going to be a brand new project of an Italian pianist Claudio Filippini with me on drums and Swedish Palle Danielsson on bass. The sessions will take place at Bauer Studios (Germany) between 10-12 January, and will be produced/released by Cam Jazz Records.
